Applications should be submitted online. Before login, applicant organisations and project coordinators should register in the system. Registered users can then use the system for electronic submission of application proposals, on-line management of approved projects and project reports.

The CSI will accept four rounds of applications each year, with deadlines set on the last calendar day of March, June, September and December respectively. The project event start date of the application concerned must be at least six months and no more than twelve months after the deadline of the application round in which the submission is made.
